Abdominal pain: You should see your pcp and or a GI md for workup of GI symptoms and even possibly have an exam or imaging of the lower extremity.

Possible hernia: You may have an inguinal/femoral hernia from the excessive pressure. Likewise you may have created a sciatic condition from muscle strain or even herniated nucleus pulposus (herniated disc) you will need physical evaluation and possibly x-rays or mri.
