Major emergency: Testing for goodpasture's and perhaps empirical plasma rx might be started at once. A hemorrhagic fever, wegener's, massive pulmonary embolization and several others are worth considering.

Not SVT: I'm not sure of the answer to your question in detail, but supraventricular tachycardia (svt) did not cause all of these problems. Supraventricular tachycardia is typically sensed as palpitations or the sensation of a fast heart beat. There may be exercise intolerance, or there may be heart failure if there is prolonged svt (greater than 24 hours.) svt rarely causes syncope.
