I get a lot of nosebleeds. usually from my right nostril. and at times it hurts to press on the tip of my nose. any ideas?

Nose bleed: Hello, you may have vestibulitis which is an inflammation inside the nostril area of you nose. If the inflammation is severe, it may be associated with bleeding. An antibiotic ointment may help but i usually recommend a visit to your doctor for a rx for mupiricin. The otc ointments may actually make it worse. Your doctor can also see if cautery is needed. This might best be done by an ENT doctor.
