Yes: Check with your doctor to make sure you are okay to exercise, do a little more today than you did yesterday. Build yourself up slowly and consistently, every day. It may take longer than it used to, but if you do it right you can enjoy many more years. There are plenty of 90 to 100 year olds these days. Get yourself into shape now to plan for the next 30 to 40 years!
