A member asked:

Will semen come out if bph?

Yes: BPH will affect the flow of urine but does not block the flow of sperm. Sperm and ejaculate volume should not change.

Maybe: Sometimes the prostate enlarges to the point where it pinches off semen flow. More often, BPH medicines cause lack of ejaculation.
