Chest pain: That type of pain is called "pleuritic" and is typically not related to your heart. It can be caused by inflammation of the pleura surrounding your lungs, and that can be caused by infections or autoimmune problems like lupus. Other causes of pleuritic pain include asthma and rib injury. See your doctor for an exam an helpful advise.
