Repeat a HPT: Hpts are easy to do, fast, and highly accurate, but not 100%, especially if early. Virtually all women experience some irregularity of the menstrual cycle during their productive years. Many have some bleeding during first couple of months of pregnancy and so thinking they are not pregnant. I suggest rechecking a hpt in few days. If negative, it may just mean you were late this time. Good luck.
