Many things: Could cause placental damage, bleeding, miscarriage, abdominal pain, nothing, and other things. I advise against heavy lifting while someone is pregnant.

Pregnancy and weight: It isn't advisable to lift heavy objects, especially as pregnancy progresses. In pregnancy the ligaments become loose ; joints become less stable, making it easier to get hurt. The center of gravity shifts forward, as belly grows. There's more pressure on the lower back. There is risk to strain, fall ; separation of placenta ; preterm delivery. Lift with caution if you must ; avoid heavy objects.
