See your MD: Patient with 102 fever and cold needs to be seen. He may have an ear infection or other finding. Try tour doctor or a clinic. Tylenol (acetaminophen) liquid may be helpful--different flavors--dose on label. Good luck.

Difficult Patient.: Head cold is due to viral infection. Medicines do not help. Most recovers within a week. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and some other preparations are available as an rectal supp.
