My son is 1years old an has a cold and fever of 102 he wont take nothing for it he spits it back out what should i do?

See your MD: Patient with 102 fever and cold needs to be seen. He may have an ear infection or other finding. Try tour doctor or a clinic. Tylenol (acetaminophen) liquid may be helpful--different flavors--dose on label. Good luck.
