?Sore throat: Possible that son has a sore throat causing the sensation of something in his mouth. Is he having any difficulty swallowing or drooling? Is he eating and drinking okay? Follow up with doctor if fever persists more than 24 hours or if he has any difficulty swallowing, eating or drinking.
