See details: How old is your son? Doubt the latest problems are related to aspiration. They will more likely cause pulmonary symptoms.

I presume he is : Already diagnosed w aspiration pneumonia and is on antibiotics? If that is the case, then diarrhea is coming from the antibiotics & fever from the pneumonia or viral syndrome.Sounds like he is suffering from allergies /colds causing postnatal drainage resulting in the choking episodes .If not on antibiotics, he may be coming down w viral illness, diarrhea fr mucus draining. If concerned, see md.
