My boyfriend is 29 yrs old and pooped (diarrhea) in his sleep only once. but some nites he wakes up choking n sometimes vomits. should we be concern??

Choking = bad: Yes, based on the last 1/2. If he is ill, needs seen by Dr., if otherwise OK, may have very bad reflux and need to sleep with head of bed elevated 8-12 inches to reduce this occurrence--if that does not change things rapidly (couple days), should see Dr. If not reflux, might be bad allergies/sinus drainage causing issue from above.
