Why don't they have multiuse epinephrine syringes? what if i don't respond to one shot?

Lasts seconds: Epinephrine lasts only a few seconds once administered so a second dose in the same syringe would be ineffective. You can administer a second dose in 3 minutes but if you don't respond to the first, you or someone else should call 911 immediately.
