Yes: An EpiPen (epinephrine) could be used for an asthma attack if nothing else is available, but inhaled medications like albuterol in combination with steroids are more effective and safer.

Yes: In Asthma, there is Bronchospasm. Narrowing of the Air passage. Epipen (epinephrine) is used for Anaphylactic reaction where there is sudden closer of Air passage. Make sure you do not have heart disease. Currently there are many Inhalers and Special medicine which helps Bronchospasm without affecting Heart. Go to Hospital.
