Uncontrolled BP: Sometimes controlling BP is not easy. Essential HTN account for 85-90% of cases. Secondary causes account for the rest. Endocrine diseases, heart problems, kidney diseases, etc. There are many drugs and combinations of drugs possibilities. Not all work in every patient. Also obesity, inactivity, sleep apnea, lack of low salt, high potassium may make treatment difficult. Stay with the plan.
