To : To be on the safe side take a pregnancy test, and if you still don't have a period then re-take the test. If you are still not sure, see your doctor and you could have a blood pregnancy test.

Multiple reasons : There can be lot of reasons ,of course pregnancy is number one ,if that test comes back negative ,I will suggest you should see your obgyn ,so he or she can run some tests just to make sure it is not hormonal imbalance,I hope you are not going through lot of stress because that can be one other reason
