Both thighs?: You didn't indicate severity but you're describing a change from what you've recognized as your baseline. If i can interpret your complaint, you may be describing two unrelated phenomenon or something as serious as "rebound" (also known as "surgical abdomen"). Any fever, localizing tenderness, vomiting, manifestations of bleeding from vagina, urine, gut? Please don't wait longer for evaluation.
