Radicular pain: Assuming that the pain is going down your entire leg into your foot is possible that the origin of both pains is the lumbar spine. It is also possible in patients who have sacroiliac joint dysfunction to have pain in the back that travels down the posterior aspect of the thigh sometimes to the foot but also wraps around into the groin area. You need to be evaluated.
