A member asked:

If i become and oncologist in america ... can i work in australia or do i have to go to school over in australia?

Depends: To go from one country to another depends on the country's laws. You will have to take the country's licensing exam, possibly do an abbreviated training to become accustomed to practices and regulations there, and then be allowed to practice. Yes, you have the same knowledge but it's the regulations (plus immigration/taxation issues).
