Don't think so...: I believe the 2 brands of rabies vaccines for humans in the U.S. Are packaged in single-dose vials, so one wouldn't accidentally get a larger-than-normal dose. If a person somehow managed to get a larger dose of the vaccine, or got an extra dose, he body would likely react normally and produce immunity to rabies infection.
