Myokimias vs seizure: Twitching of small muscle group in the face is called myokimias and they are very benign and disappear w/o treatment. If the twitching involves the lower portion of one side of the face this is most likely a focal partial clonic motor seizureneck with full rom in all directions and w/o any focal tenderness.

Maybe more complex: This could be a complication of sarcoidosis as involvement of facial nerve is not uncommon, and you may be experiencing hemifacial spasms. Facial myokymia and focal seizures are additional considerations. Strongly urge you see a neurologist and get this diagnosed and treated.
