See a dermatologist: I recommend going to see a dermatologist since I am not there to actually see it. The abcdes of melanoma are:a=asymmetry(one half unlike the other half), b=border (irregular, scalloped, poorly defined border), c=color (varied from one are to another), d=diameter (while melanomas are usually greater than 6mm they can be smaller when diagnosed), e=evolving(change in size, shape, color).See a dermatologist.

See your derm: While it is uncommon for a 21 year old to develop skin cancer, unfortunately it does happen occasionally. Any new skin lesion or one that starts changing should be brought to the attention of your friendly dermatologist. Remember to limit your exposure to UV radiation. Wear sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher and cover up as much as possible.
