Tachycardia when standing. when i sit, my heart beats slow for a few seconds and head hurts with each beat. feels like pressure. is this normal/cause?

Tachycardia: You seem to be familiar with tachycardia but did not give exact heart rate on standing. You know, adult normal heart rate is 60 to 100 beat per minute.
