I have mgravis and been taken mestinone and prednisone for the past four weeks how long will it take to everything to get back to normal?

Variable: Mestinon (pyridostigmine) for mg provides marked improvement in some patients and little or none in others. The symptom improvement may be mixed, with significant improvement in some symptoms but not others. No one dosing schedule is ideal for all patients. Steroids result in remission in about 30% of patients. Onset of benefit usually occurs within 2-3 weeks, but there may be transient clinical deterioration.
