What do i do about a fume smell in my nose?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ENT evaluation: A fume smell (that is not actually in the environment) is known as a "phantosmia." It may be caused by inhaled chemicals but can also be a sign of serious conditions, including neurocognitive conditions (i.e., Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease) or brain or olfactory tumors.
