Nothing, normal: Little veins are abundant in the conjunctiva that covers the sclera (white part of eye). With any irritation, a cold or lack of sleep the veins can dilate and show more prominence. If it is only a particular spot then it may be what is called episcleritis for which you should see an eye md.
