Carpal tunnel?: It could possibly be carpal tunnel, my patients usually tell me these three symptoms. 1. Numbness and pain that wakes them up at night. It feels like they need to shake out their hands. 2. Hand stiff in morning but get loosened up over the day. 3. Numbness into the hand that occurs when talking on the phone or driving.
