Bowel bacteria: You have lots of bacteria in your bowel that create gas while they're doing their marvelous work in your body -- including making vitamins, etc. If you eat something that upsets their balance, you may have more gas. Also eating beans, alcohol sugars, etc. You can take probiotics and/or digestive enzymes and see if it helps.
