Prostate Surgery: After prostate surgery the healing that occurs is mainly in the connection between the bladder and the urethra where the prostate used to be. This healing can result in some scabs that release 3-6 weeks post op, resulting in visible blood. This is likely harmless and self-resolving. If you can't pee, however, this will need evaluation for scarring at the connection created.
