what can i take for gastritis pain?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Richard Maughon
23 years experience Pain Management
Gastritis : Oral medications such as Tums and mylanta are still the quickest. Pepcid and zantac (ranitidine) can help stop it and keep it away. If you continue to have problems you need to be evaluated by your physician.
