Not likely : Over the counter formulas can provide some benefit and can be tried first. Unfortunately they do not usually provide the same effect as prescription stimulants. There may be other non rx interventions that can help like diet, sleep and limiting use of electronics. Career choice is key also as the problem is more or less a detriment depending on your profession.

Probably nothing: More information as to why you don't want Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) would help. A thorough evaluation by your physician, and then a clear discussion with him or her would be your best choice. When it comes to medical decisions, reading online or in magazines only gives you information, not judgment on your specific situation. Talk to you doctor about this.
