No: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is not indicated for dyslexia and you have been able to thrive w/o. I encourage you to improve your efforts to stay focused. Get good nutrition, sleep, and exercise to keep your body healthy. Coffee is very helpful as well as tea but don't overindulge. Everyone gets a little fatigue when working hard but you can also study more hours. Wake early and study. Straight from class to library.

Worth trying: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) seems to help ADHD, so may also work with your dyslexia. Would not hurt to try a few weeks and judge outcome.
