Not typical: If you are smoking cigarettes, taking hormones or birth control pills, or are at risk for blood clots, see your doctor. If you have high anxiety and worry about unusual things, see your doctor to help you with your anxiety. Blood clots in general can swell, feel warm, or even throb but they do not have to have those symptoms. Swelling under the knee can be a bakers cyst. See your doctor.
