What are some at home remedies for burning and watery eyes?

Lid scrubs ; tears: For "simple" blepharitis ; or dry eye you can start with a dilute solution of baby shampoo ; wet wash cloth. With eyes closed, gently wipe eyelash line ; lid horizontally 5-6 times on both sides then rinse with warm water. J;j "no more tears" brand works great. Also, otc high quality tears like optive refresh ; systane ultra 3-4x/day also helpful.
