It sounds like you have inflammation. The cause and location of the inflammation is unclear. You should see an ophthalmologist to determine whether this is infectious or non infectious and whether it is internal (uveitis) or external (conjunctivitis, episcleritis or scleritis). These issues are important and can range from trivial to blinding
