What happens if someone goes to the doctor with heart attack symptoms and the doc says he's fine? what to do next?

See below: Evaluation starts with review of the history and a physical exam. An electrocardiogram is performed. If the symptoms are still present (chest pain) and the history is suspicious, hospitalization is advisable. If symptoms are not present and the electrocardiogram doesn't show a definite problem a stress test can be performed. The characteristics of the pain are very important in the evaluation.

Stress test?: If the doctor did a stress test and/or coronary angiogram which were normal, then the symptoms are due to something else. If no cardiac evaluation was or will be done, then get a second opinion with another cardiologist.
