Tingling skin all over and cold, do i have a fever?

Take temp..: The only sure-fire way to determine if you have a temperature is to take your temperature. If i had a nickel for every parent who came in saying their child "felt hot" but did not take a temperature. Surface/skin temp does not accurately predict body temperature. I've felt skin that is both very warm and very cold when a person has both a temperature and normal body temp. Don't rely on your skin!
