Red swollen eye: Swelling in the corner of the eye can be due: allergy (apply cold ice packs if itchy especially); virus (is usually very itchy ; is very contagious; bacteria (need antibiotic drops); excessive sun exposure (called a pinguecula/pterygium) foreign body. See your eyemd if basic cold compresses do not help.
