If a nerve is : Being compressed than i don't think any vitamin is going to help, i think the nerve needs to be relieved of the pressure. If the numbness is related to small nerve fiber disease than perhaps l-methyl folate (folic acid) with b6 and B12 or benfotalimine. However, i would highly doubt you would have small nerve fiber disease in one isolated toe.
