Swollen salivary glands or lymph node?

Depends where is it: You have two separate sets of salivary glands , either up in the inside of your cheek on both sides opposite to your first upper molar , or right under your tongue . Your tonsils are lymph nodes located at both sides of your throat , they can be felt from under you lower jaw angel. They are normally get inflamed if there is an infection in the surrounding area.

A good question that: Would require a personal one-on-one clinical exam. It could be either or both. What's more important is to find out why? See your dentist and\or physician.
