Swollen gums with power chain, what should i do?

See your dentist: I am assuming you are in orthodontic treatment when you mention a power chain. If so, you should contact your dentist or orthodontist for evaluation and recommendations.

Clean: When spaces between teeth are closed, if the gums are even the slightest bit inflamed they will swell up and get sore. You must clean daily between your teeth w interdental stimulator, interproximal brush, floss or water pik...Ask your orthodontist. Until the swelling and soreness go down take 1 200mg Ibuprofen 4x/day ; rinse w 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water 4x/day. The key is clean.
