Depends . . .: Neurobion appears to be a dietary supplement which has no 3rd party oversight in the states to monitor manufacturing quality ; safety, much less prove its effectiveness. Sildenafil is the generic for viagra. However, viagra has not yet gone generic here in the states such that generic sildenafil is not available. Best to discuss this question w/your prescribing doc. Btw don't take w/nitrates.
