Nerve: The numbness is nerve related. Did you have an injury. Do you have low back problems? See your podiatrist or neurologist.

Numbness: in the foot only on one side is typically from a nerve compression higher up in the body. If the numbness is affected the outside portion of the foot it can indicate an L-4 association. Check in with your doctor for an exam and proper diagnosis and treatment plan! Best wishes!
