Where are they?: If on upper arms, they are called keratosis pilaris (sometimes seen on upper legs too). If elsewhere, you'll need to see a dermatologist to get precise diagnosis. Doubt that it's due to sweating in a sauna, regardless of what it is.

I think it's called the soft pallet. The skin flaps that attach to the tongue, when you stick your tongue out it moves too. Can you strain that when you cough? I was eating and started coughing and now I have a small bump in this area?
