Yes but Don't: While I am not familiar,with,this,particular cleanse, most of them are not healthy. While you may lose weight, it will be short term. In addition, cleanses don't typically provide the full range of vitamins and nutrients which can lead to other problems. Any quick weight loss approach is likely to lead to a rebound weight increase. This explains the observation that diets lead to weight gain!
