Tiny spot: I could give you the answer if i could see it, but since i can't you will have to see your own dentist to find out what it is and whether or not anything has to be done.

Define "spot": Is the "spot" something you can see or only feel. All sorts of things cause change in tongue sensibility, such as burns, cuts, abrasions, virus, etc., and usually nothing to worry about. You really have to ask your dentist to physically examine your tongue. Can't see it or feel it over the computer.
