Anesthesia : With the modern anesthetics most people are over it within 24hrs. Longer durations are often associated with post op pain meds.

It depends on : What is used, how long you are exposed, what your post op needs are, and what is your base line physical condition. Your anesthesiologist at the time of surgery will be able to be more specific.

Depends: Everyone is different and may respond to anesthesia a little differently. How long you are under anesthesia plays to a certain degree. Generally speaking most patients will wake up within minutes of discontinuing all anesthetics. Most effects of anesthesia will be gone within 24 hours.

Very Rapidly: Anesthesia per se (loss of consciousness) is rapidly reversed with modern agents - within minutes. The grogginess and drowsiness after procedures is mostly related to the use of powerful narcotic analgesics.
