Sebaceous cyst: Infected cysts are best treated with drainage and good wound care (soap and h2o). Takes about 2 weeks to heal. Would suggest aggressive scrubbing and, generally, keep it clean. In this case the treatment might be better than the disease. Hope it's just a cyst. ;).
