Leave them alone: Show them to your physician on your next routine visit. All men have sebaceous glands there; inclusion ("sebaceous") cysts are common enough. They are easy to remove surgically if they get big and are annoying. Do not try to do your own surgery here as if you rupture the capsule, it will be a mess and make cure much harder.
