depends : Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) excretion in urine will depend on the ph of your urine but by three days should probably not show up. If it does it will show up under the category amphetamine. Because it is a prescribed drug any concern about being positive can easily be handled by providing the screening entity with a copy of the rx bottle that will have all the appropriate identifying demographics on it.
